    • We use the personal information collected from you to contact, booking, salon deposits, cancellation/no call no show fee's . Such personal information as we collect is not used for any other purpose and is not shared. 

    • We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above. 

    • To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put into place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

    • Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under the age of 13 , and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13 to provide information to us outside of the clients name for booking purposes only.

    • You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request detailing the error(s). To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

  • Please call/ text (513) 237-7271 if running late; there's a 15 min grace period for appointments after that you may have to reschedule.

  • No Call/No Show= $25 Fee! Your card will be charged this fee plus the 7% processing fee if you no show!If your card is declined the fee will be added to your next appointment!

  • Please cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a $25 cancellation fee.Your card will be charged this fee plus the 7% processing fee!If your card is declined the fee will be added to your next appointment!

  • Cash and Debit/Credit Cards are accepted ( A 7% Processing Fee is applied for a debit/credit transactions)

  • Please NO children allowed, or other guest unless being serviced.

  • All services that are booked with Morgan must be paid with CASH ONLY

  • When booking thoroughly read the service description and please select all add-on services in addition to the main service so that the right amount of time is allotted. Also so you’ll know around how much the service will be and what is needed for that particular services.

  • Clients booking with Mikhaila can receive 20% off services (excluding braiding services) using code Mikhaila20 when booking! (Must enter code to receive discount)

  • Kids pricing for select services are children 10 & under!



**All Clients/Staff are required to wear a mask at their appointment. If you have a fever or you have any symptoms of COVID-19, or you're not feeling well or have been around anyone who has tested positive of COVID-19  please call or text us to cancel. As we want to remain safe and would like to provide a safe and clean salon for ourselves and clients. To keep our salon safe our waiting area is closed, we will limit the amount of clients in the salon at a time, we will be sanitizing and disinfecting in between clients, staff will sanitize and wash hands frequently, staff health assessments will be down prior to working and clients will be asked to wash/ sanitize hands upon arrival. **
